Franchise Training & Support
When you join Bright & Beautiful UK you will attend an initial week long induction training programme at our head office in Cheshire, this includes both classroom style training and practical training. Whatever your career to date you are sure to learn things about business, about yourself and about making your business a success, it’s a busy week, with a lot to learn but we know you’ll enjoy it! Within two weeks of this initial training you will spend additional time working alongside an existing franchise owner and put the theory into practice!
Prior to joining us you will be appointed a dedicated Franchise Consultant and they will be your first point of contact in our franchise support team, they’ll also work very closely with you as you take your first steps as a business owner.
During this training you will learn more about franchising, self-employment, setting up in business and specifically the operating procedures, documents, systems and processes that ensure you can make a success of your Bright & Beautiful franchise.
As part of your initial training programme you will also spend 2 working days with our ATC (Approved Training Centre) this gives you the valuable benefit of working with experienced franchise owners who have been approved to provide practical training to new franchise owners.
The final element of your initial training is your 2 days local launch visit. This is managed by your Franchise Consultant and they will spend time with you in your own business and own area and will help ensure you launch Bright & Beautiful with success. In recent launches our franchise owners have been receiving enquiries
from clients requiring a domestic cleaning service within a few days of their launch! Our local marketing techniques help you build your business in your local community.
This initial training is part of the continuing programme of support, training and development that help our franchisee’s launch, develop and grow a successful Bright & Beautiful cleaning franchise in their own local area. You’ll be joining more than 60 franchise owners in the UK and you’ll benefit from our brand, system and procedures developed over the last 10 years.
In addition to networking and building working relationships with our Bright & Beautiful franchise owners, you’ll also enjoy building relationships with some of our other UK brands. As a member of the Neighbourly family we work closely with other brands in our group, we have more than 250 franchise owners nationally and they are also your colleagues, sharing and offering help for you and your growing business. You can meet these colleagues independently but certainly as part of our Annual Training and Reunion events which offer networking, training and sharing opportunities each year.
